We seek engineers with 6–8 years in backend development across Go, Python, Ruby, TS, or C#, plus strong cloud, CI/CD, database, and messaging expertise. Mentorship and collaboration are valued in our fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Qualificações

• Strong skills in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, databases, messaging, and engineering best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain Quanata's back end services and infrastructure.
• Own complex features end-to-end, shaping architecture and technical decisions.
• Develop APIs, orchestrate data flows, and manage database schemas for scalable systems.
• Improve performance, security, reliability, and observability; mentor other engineers.
