Job summary

Truelogic is seeking a high-performing Senior Backend Engineer to join a core product team behind a real-time ticket distribution platform. You will design and maintain high-throughput, multi-tenant backend services with end-to-end ownership, strong observability, and scalable architectures.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in backend development, deep C#/.NET 8+ expertise, and hands-on experience with Azure Service Bus, Grafana, and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend software engineering experience building scalable, enterprise-grade systems.
• Deep proficiency in C# and .NET 8+.
• Strong relational database expertise using SQL Server, T-SQL, schema design, and query optimization.
• End-to-end ownership of production environments, including telemetry, testing, and post-release support.
• Hands-on experience with multi-tenant, event-driven architecture and async messaging (pub/sub, CQRS).
• Experience deploying and operating services on cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP accepted).
• Advanced English communication with US stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain high-throughput backend services and REST APIs on a multi-tenant platform with end-to-end ownership.
• Embed observability with Grafana, time-series metrics, and alerting (Grafana, PagerDuty).
• Lead code reviews, optimize database schema design and system reliability.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering Leadership to translate requirements into scalable designs.
• Mentor team members and establish engineering standards.
• Support production services post-release and incident response.
