Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Background in trading systems or high-performance backend environments.
• Strong distributed systems knowledge and CS fundamentals.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
• Crypto or DeFi experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work on core exchange infrastructure, with a focus on performance and reliability.
• Build and own real-time data systems that power the trading experience.
• Help design systems that run around the clock and scale with the business.
• Have a real say in technical direction as the platform grows.
• Report directly to the CTO.
