You will collaborate across product, design, and engineering, contribute to code quality, and mentor peers while working in a hybrid setup from the Seattle office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience designing distributed backend systems and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and architecture of cross-functional systems at scale.
• Write and review high-quality production code across SDLC.
• Mentor engineers and drive technical initiatives within the team.
• Collaborate with product, data, and design to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Improve observability, incident response, and system reliability.
