Job summary

TechBiz Global is seeking a Senior Backend Developer to join a client team. The role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend services with Node.js and API integrations, deployed on Azure.

You’ll implement event-driven architectures, geolocation features, and push notification systems while contributing to DevOps, CI/CD, and security practices. You will work independently, take ownership of solutions, and collaborate with product, hardware, and software teams.

Qualifications

• Senior backend development experience with strong Node.js expertise.
• Solid experience with DevOps and cloud environments (preferably Azure).
• Proven API development and system integration experience.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and scalable design.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of solutions.
• Good communication skills and conversational English.
• Nice to have experience in healthcare projects or familiarity with healthcare regulations.
• Knowledge of geolocation-based systems and push notification systems at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and API integrations.
• Work with Azure cloud infrastructure for deployment and scaling.
• Implement and manage event-driven systems including geolocation features.
• Develop and optimize push notification orchestration systems.
• Contribute to DevOps processes, including CI/CD, monitoring, and infrastructure improvements.
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, hardware, and software).
• Make independent architectural decisions and drive technical solutions.
