Job summary

Global Information Technology is seeking a Senior Backend .NET Developer who will design and implement robust RESTful services using C# and modern .NET. The role emphasizes clean architecture, enterprise integrations, and cloud deployments in a remote-friendly setup.

You will work with EF Core, SQL Server, and Azure SQL, build scalable APIs, and participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipelines to deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of software development experience.
• Hands-on with C# and modern .NET.
• Experience with .NET 8/9/10, ASP.NET Core, Web API, EF Core, LINQ, SQL Server/Azure SQL.
• Strong REST API design and enterprise integrations experience.
• Asynchronous programming, messaging and distributed systems knowledge.
• Experience with Azure and CI/CD.
• Database design, query optimization, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Automated testing and Git-based development experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend services and REST APIs using C# and .NET.
• Build business and domain logic using SOLID and Clean Architecture.
• Work with EF Core, LINQ, SQL Server, and Azure SQL.
• Design integrations with enterprise and third-party systems.
• Implement asynchronous processing, background services, and messaging.
• Work with Azure Service Bus and other messaging technologies.
• Implement API security using OAuth 2.0, JWT, Entra ID, and RBAC.
• Implement caching, logging, monitoring, and error-handling solutions.
• Develop unit and integration tests.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance.
• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
