Job summary

Moniepoint Inc. is looking for a senior backend engineer to join our engineering team in New York. You’ll design and deliver high-impact backend features using Java and Spring Boot, build scalable services, and ensure reliable, well-documented code.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering with backend focus.
• Strong Java and Spring Boot expertise and backend architecture knowledge.
• Experience designing, building, and scaling web services and distributed systems.
• Familiar with Agile, CI/CD, and relational ORM (Hibernate).
• Exposure to frontend tech (AngularJS/React) is a plus.
