Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of Backend Java development experience
• Strong proficiency in Java and OO principles
• Experience with Spring Boot and RESTful APIs
• Relational databases and SQL optimization
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern software practices
• Strong knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, and performance optimization
• Excellent problem-solving and collaborative skills
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment
