Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or CE required.
• Experience building backend systems with Java, Python, or C++.
• Strong cloud experience (AWS or similar).
• Expertise in backend services and web API architecture.
• Hands-on containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience operating distributed production systems.
• Linux systems knowledge and troubleshooting.
• Infrastructure automation tools (Terraform/Ansible).
• Monitoring, logging, and observability tooling familiarity.
• Networking fundamentals and backend security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable web APIs for simulation job orchestration and data access.
• Develop and maintain hybrid cloud compute and storage solutions integrated with on‑prem HPC.
• Improve pipelines and backend integrations for multi‑physical simulations.
• Optimize HPC clusters and high‑speed interconnects.
• Collaborate with EM and infra teams on backend systems and scheduler integrations.
