Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with a compiled language (Go or Rust).
• Strong relational database experience (Postgres, MySQL).
• AWS and serverless architecture experience (Lambda).
• Conviction with rationale — you make decisions with incomplete information, own them, and move forward.
• Highly cross-functional — you'll interface directly with business partners on negotiations and product decisions.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and negotiating outcomes across engineering and business.
