Job summary

Hire Feed is seeking a Go Developer to build high-performance backend services and infrastructure tooling. You will leverage Go's strengths—concurrency, simplicity, and reliability—to scale systems and deliver robust APIs.

You will design and implement concurrent services, work with cloud platforms and containers, and participate in architecture reviews across time zones. This fully remote role offers flexible hours, a performance-based bonus, and a yearly learning stipend.

Qualifications

• 3 years building production Go applications.
• Strong understanding of Go idioms, concurrency patterns, and the standard library.
• Experience designing and building RESTful or gRPC APIs.
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases.
• Comfort with cloud platforms, containers, and Kubernetes.
• Solid system design fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services and APIs in Go.
• Design and implement concurrent, performant systems.
• Build infrastructure tooling and internal services.
• Write clean, well-tested code following Go idioms.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.
