Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of backend development experience
• Strong command of Java, Python, or C#, and frameworks such as Spring Boot, Django, or .NET Core
• Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
• Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and caching (Redis) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend code with Java or Python
• Develop and manage RESTful APIs for internal and external use
• Implement data storage across relational and NoSQL databases
• Optimize for speed, scalability, and security
