True Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a backend software engineer to design, build, and optimize mission-critical autonomous systems. You will create real-time services that process sensor data, and build integrations with sensors, unmanned vehicles, and other autonomous platforms.

You will work on AI-enabled systems that assess threats and support rapid operational decisions, ensuring scalable, reliable, and fail-safe services in a high-stakes environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (CS/Robotics/EE)
• 4+ years in backend or service-layer software engineering
• Experience owning backend services (APIs, microservices)
• Experience with real-time data and messaging integrations
• Background in autonomy/robotics or related tech
• US work authorization; security clearance eligibility (visa sponsorship not available)
