Job summary

Mytra is building a cutting-edge robotics-driven warehouse orchestration platform. We seek an experienced backend engineer to coordinate a live fleet of bots, plan routes, and manage task execution across complex storage systems.

You will contribute to planning, state tracking, and API design, while helping scale data models and observability for production readiness. You will collaborate with software, robotics, product, and customer teams to deliver reliable orchestration capabilities in

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production software engineering experience.
• Experience building software that solves routing, scheduling, planning or optimization problems.
• Familiarity with multi-agent path finding, vehicle routing or similar.
• Experience designing production data models and APIs.
• Hands-on SQL / Postgres experience.

Responsibilities

• Build backend software that coordinates a live fleet of bots and plan collision-free routes.
• Develop task assignment systems based on fleet state and priorities.
• Implement planning logic for storage and retrieval workflows.
• Support continuous replanning as work changes and disrupts.
• Maintain accurate system state between digital model and warehouse.
• Improve observability of planning cycles and fleet behavior.
• Design and maintain backend services, APIs, and data models.
