Job summary

Mytra seeks a Robotics Systems Engineer to architect, debug, and operationally support autonomous robotic systems across product and infrastructure domains in warehouse environments. You will be the technical authority for complex system‑level challenges, bridging hardware and software to ensure robust performance and scalable fleet operations.

You will lead critical system debugging, own fixes and feature rollouts, design observability, and improve diagnostics and remote intervention

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience as a systems engineer or similar role, with mobile autonomous systems.
• Strong understanding of robotics concepts including motor control, sensing, and state-space design.
• Basic Python for scripting, data analysis, and debugging.

Responsibilities

• Lead critical system debugging as the technical authority across hardware and software interfaces.
• Own fix implementations and new feature rollouts from discovery through deployment.
• Design observability and remote diagnostics to improve fleet health and monitoring.
• Improve issue capture, analytics, and reporting to inform engineering priorities.
• Ensure operational health of prototype fleets with test engineers and software teams.
