Job summary

Leversys invites a Senior Software Engineer (back-end) to join a product-focused team building cloud-based SaaS and on-premise platforms for convertible bonds. You will own features from concept through release, collaborating with product leads and a small team of senior engineers, with a strong emphasis on quality and architecture.

You will grow across the stack, gain specialised financial domain knowledge, and contribute ideas that shape the product lifecycle, with a hybrid working structure

Qualifications

• Five years of backend development experience.
• Strong programming, data structures, and algorithms knowledge.
• Experience with object-oriented languages (C#, Java, C++).
• Knowledge of relational databases (SQL).
• Ability to design scalable back-end architectures.
• Experience with distributed systems and large-scale messaging platforms.
• Familiarity with web services (REST/GraphQL) and Git.

Responsibilities

• Join a product team across the full delivery lifecycle from concept to release.
• Collaborate with product leads to turn requirements into shipped features.
• Work with a small team of senior engineers and share knowledge.
• Follow onboarding with codebase contributions and architectural grounding.
• Contribute to a product company that owns its platform and delivers impact.
• Build mission-critical applications for a specialised financial market (convertibles).
• Work on both cloud-based SaaS and on-premises versions.
• Propose ideas and influence the product lifecycle.
