Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and evolve scalable APIs and backend services for contractor financial tools.
• Build secure capabilities that support payments and financial workflows.
• Integrate with internal and external systems while keeping services maintainable.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Finance, Risk, and Operations to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Drive full software development lifecycle from design to deployment and support.
• Mentor engineers and set high standards for design, security, and quality.
• Champion observability, monitoring, and incident response.
