Qualifications

• 3 to 10 years of backend-focused software engineering experience.
• Experience in a product-focused software company with clear ownership and career progression.
• Comfortable working in a high-growth environment.
• Daily use of AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude Code

Responsabilités

• Own backend product and platform work from design to production
• Build and scale systems supporting large mortgage transaction volumes
• Design distributed infrastructure compliant with regulatory requirements
• Use AI coding tools with rigorous human review for correctness
• Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and platform teams
• Contribute to architecture, system design, and engineering standards
