Job summary

Sharetec Systems is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join our engineering team. You will work across backend, frontend, and database layers to deliver scalable, secure software for core banking and lending solutions.

You will mentor peers, drive architectural decisions, and collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps to ensure reliable production systems. Remote work from the U.S. is supported with some California exclusions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development with leadership.
• Backend expertise: C#.NET, Java/Spring Boot, Node.js, Python/FastAPI.
• Frontend proficiency: Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Strong data modeling with PostgreSQL/SQL Server/MongoDB.
• Experience integrating APIs and modernizing legacy apps.
• Familiar with DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud services.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, secure, maintainable systems across layers.
• Lead design discussions, code reviews, and best-practices initiatives.
• Evaluate new technologies to boost productivity and performance.
• Define architecture patterns and shared libraries for reuse.
• Partner with DevOps on CI/CD, deployment, and observability.
• Build features using modern frameworks and cloud platforms.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with product teams.
• Ensure secure, well-tested code and production readiness.
