You will build and maintain backend services, APIs, and frameworks that support loan lifecycle management, risk calculations, and real-time position tracking, while mentoring engineers and raising the bar for code quality.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of backend software engineering experience with ownership of services handling high-reliability or financial workloads.
• Proven design, building, and scaling of service-oriented architectures in Go, Java, or a comparable backend language.
• Experience building and operating distributed systems where correctness, availability, and data integrity are critical.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers, lead technical design reviews, and raise the bar on code quality across a team.
• Familiarity with relational data stores, gRPC/Protobuf, and observability tooling in a cloud-native environment.
