Qualifications

• 5+ years of production experience with Python, Django, or related technologies.
• Frontend development experience with React or TypeScript.
• Experience operating systems at scale and delivering reliable, secure services.
• Strong product intuition and focus on user experience.
• Experience shipping complex projects and understanding CS/algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve backend capabilities and user-facing features across the stack.
• Own the design and implementation of backend services and APIs.
• Build reliable, secure, and scalable systems for high-volume workflows across Spend, IT, identity, and compliance.
• Translate business needs into robust technical solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Raise the technical bar through design reviews, mentorship, and best practices.
