Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer for Loki Ingest in a remote, global team. You will influence roadmap, deliver features, and own critical databases and services in Go and cloud-native environments.

You'll collaborate across teams, participate in on-call rotations, and contribute to open-source projects while benefiting from remote work, equity, and a transparent culture.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with at least one programming language (Go preferred).
• Experience delivering projects from requirements to shipping in a self-driven way.
• Experience with cloud-based software or systems engineering.
• Ability to write clean, robust, maintainable software.
