Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced backend engineering leader to drive backend efforts from rapid prototypes to large-scale applications across CrowdStrike products. You will build cloud-based systems to detect targeted attacks and automate cyber threat intelligence production at a global scale.

Collaborate with multiple teams, mentor teammates, and own key deliverables in production while championing new technologies and ensuring robust authentication/authorization services for the Falcon

Qualifications

• 8+ years of backend object-oriented development experience in production.
• GovCloud Access Eligibility (citizenship or PR/GC status)

Responsibilities

• Lead backend engineering efforts from rapid prototypes to large-scale applications across CrowdStrike products.
• Build cloud-based systems to detect targeted attacks and automate cyber threat intelligence production at a global scale.
• Brainstorm, define, and build collaboratively with members across multiple teams.
• Champion new technologies and techniques while raising the technical IQ of the team.
• Mentor and be mentored on web, backend, and data storage technologies.
• Re-evaluate products to improve architecture, knowledge models, user experience, performance, and stability.
• Own deliverables and remain accountable for results.
• Contribute to the open source community.
• Build and extend authentication and authorization services supporting the Falcon Platform.
• Maintain operational ownership of services, including designing, implementing, and running them in production.
