Qualifications

• 2-4 years of full-time software development experience, cloud-native backend focus.
• Deep Java/JVM experience and OO design skills.
• Experience designing scalable RESTful APIs in the cloud.
• Knowledge of SQL and at least one NoSQL database.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Spark or Kafka is a plus.
• Strong testing and code quality discipline with unit/integration tests.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Feature Ownership from design to production deployment.
• Backend services development in Java within a microservices architecture.
• Contribute to data pipelines, APIs, and integration workflows.
• Implement automated tests and participate in code reviews.
• Engage in CI/CD pipelines and Agile processes.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, and LMTS.
• Develop deep expertise in a platform area like data movement or performance.
