Qualifications

• 2–4 years of full-time software development experience in a product or enterprise environment.
• Core Java & Backend Mastery: deep hands-on Java and OOP.
• Cloud-Native Architecture: RESTful APIs, microservices, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Feature Ownership: drive design, development, testing, and deployment of features in IDMC.
• Backend Engineering & Quality Champion: build reliable, high-performance Java services in cloud-native microservices.
• Data Integration Work: contribute to data pipelines and integration workflows across cloud environments.
• Testing Discipline: implement robust automated tests (unit, integration, regression).
• DevOps & Operational Excellence: engage in CI/CD, code reviews, and Agile processes.
• Collaborative Engineering: work with senior engineers, LMTS, and PMs.
• Technical Growth: develop deep expertise in a specific platform area.
