7Seventy is seeking a senior individual-contributor to design, build, and maintain reliable backend software within a defined problem space. You will focus on strong execution, sound technical decisions, and delivering high-quality systems that support product and business goals.

You’ll help modernize services, improve quality through hands-on development, and provide practical guidance to elevate the broader team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of designing scalable, distributed backend systems.
• Experience with C#, .NET, SQL Server in AWS.
• Strong technical judgment and mentoring ability.
• Ability to own complex technical work end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement features and services using established architectural patterns.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code and take ownership of systems within your domain.
• Improve reliability, performance, and security through disciplined engineering practices.
• Participate in design discussions and provide recommendations within a defined scope.
• Review code, share best practices, and support the growth of less experienced engineers.
• Collaborate with product partners, designers, and engineers to deliver agreed outcomes.
