Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience designing and implementing production SaaS applications.
• Strong backend engineering with Java.
• Experience designing scalable AI-enabled architectures and production systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend services within our SaaS platform to improve scalability and reliability.
• Deliver AI-centered platform initiatives from design to production and operationalization.
• Partner with Data Science to move PoC pipelines to scalable production services.
• Design reusable services and infrastructure for AI capabilities (model serving, LLM integration, orchestration, retrieval).
• Shape platform architectural decisions and engineering standards for future growth.
• Collaborate with Data Science to evaluate new AI technologies and deployment patterns.
