Job summary

Veton AI is hiring a Backend Engineer to help scale our AI interview system and resume analysis capabilities. You will design backend services with Django/Django Ninja, build asynchronous pipelines with Celery/Redis, and integrate with ATS platforms while contributing to the React frontend.

You should be comfortable with cloud infrastructure (DigitalOcean), WebSockets, and English communication. A passion for AI and HR tech is essential, with remote-friendly, results-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Strong Python experience with Django and Django Ninja.
• Experience building asynchronous processing with Celery and Redis.
• Knowledge of WebSockets and real-time protocols.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (DigitalOcean).
• Frontend contribution experience with React is a plus.

Responsibilities
