Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years Python backend production experience.
• Strong Java experience.
• Hands-on AI/LLM-based application development experience.
• Distributed systems with asynchronous processing.
• Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
• Ownership mindset and startup adaptability.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services in Java and Python.
• Develop distributed systems with databases, APIs, message queues, and pipelines.
• Own features from design to monitoring and optimization.
• Build production-ready systems focused on reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate requirements.
• Improve system performance, scalability, and operational efficiency.
