• Proficiency in NodeJS and TypeScript.
• Experience with scalable, low-latency backend architectures.
• Familiarity with modular monoliths and micro-services.
• Strong communication and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with cloud providers (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Responsibilities

• Own large domains and features for card processing and core ledgering.
• Architect services and data models to support growth.
• Lead end-to-end from API contracts to observability and metrics.
• Mentor engineers and promote best-in-class tech frameworks.
• Be on-call to resolve issues for the servicing team.
