CrowdStrike is hiring for a backend-focused role within the Falcon Exposure Management pillar. You will architect and build a risk intelligence platform that ingests massive data streams, performing complex risk calculations and automated remediation across hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of production experience building large-scale distributed systems.
• Advanced programming in object-oriented languages with strong typing (Golang, Python).
• Proven experience with REST APIs and microservices architectures.
• Strong cloud knowledge (AWS preferred, Azure/GCP ok).
• Distributed systems concepts: concurrency, caching, sharding, eventual consistency.
• Experience with Kafka and real-time data pipelines.
• Bachelor-level degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services powering internal and customer-facing apps.
• Build APIs and tools that integrate with the platform ecosystem.
• Architect supporting systems: databases, pipelines, monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Ensure high availability and robust incident response for production services.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decisions.
