Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience delivering production‑grade backend systems in complex, regulated environments.
• Proficient in distributed systems, backend architecture, and microservices.
• Strong knowledge of auditing, data traceability, and compliance-aware system design.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend systems for pharmacy operations, manufacturing, and logistics.
• Apply AI-assisted tooling to model dependencies and validate design decisions before committing resources.
• Ensure platform interoperability with regulatory systems using API versioning and canonical data contracts.
• Conduct performance analysis and optimize latency and throughput with AI‑augmented profiling.
