Headway is building a national network of therapists who accept insurance, delivering an easy-to-use platform for providers to manage practices with confidence and compliance. As Engineering Manager, you will lead and grow the Provider Experience team, define charter and roadmap, and collaborate across design, product, and marketing to deliver scalable, AI-enabled features.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an experienced Engineering Manager.
• 3-5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Strong product mindset and cross-functional relationships.
• Experience building or managing teams that ship AI-powered product features.
• BS, MS in Computer Science or related field.

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow the Provider Experience engineering team.
• Define the team charter and roadmap from scratch.
• Collaborate with Design, Product, Marketing to shape the product roadmap.
