Job summary

KorTerra Inc is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and build backend services in C#/.NET for a cloud-first, multi-tenant SaaS platform. You will lead architectural decisions, integrate AI-assisted development, and collaborate with product and DevOps to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

You will mentor teammates, shape engineering standards, and drive responsible AI usage while advancing the platform's reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and building microservices and RESTful APIs on Azure.
• Hands-on with containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong technical writing skills and ability to document designs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain secure back-end services and APIs using C#/.NET.
• Architect and optimize data stores (SQL/NoSQL) for performance and security.
• Build cloud-first solutions on Azure using Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD.
• Lead spec-driven development and author specifications, API contracts, and designs.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to architectural decisions.
