Job summary

KorTerra Inc. in Minnesota seeks a Software Engineer to build and enhance backend services for our cloud-first SaaS platform.

You will design RESTful APIs, microservices, and analytics-ready data flows using C#/.NET and Azure, while embracing AI-assisted development with Claude Code and other tools. Join a collaborative Agile team, own features from spec to deployment, participate in code reviews, and help scale our multi-tenant architecture with Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 3 years of professional backend software development.
• Strong C# and .NET, including ASP.NET Core.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases, Azure cloud.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support back-end services and APIs in an Agile team.
• Work with SQL/NoSQL stores and deploy Azure-based solutions.
• Collaborate with product owners and DevOps to ship features.
• Review AI-generated code and ensure security and performance.
