Job summary

Seedtag is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build AI-powered, scalable backend systems for neuro-contextual advertising at global scale. You will join the Contextualization Platform team and work on high-throughput services that power RTB, OpenWeb, CTV, and in-app environments.

The role emphasizes hands-on Golang development, AI/ML integration, and architecture decisions that balance reliability with speed.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Golang experience building backend services in production.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems with high throughput/low latency.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, embeddings, or RAG.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, observability, and production monitoring.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code principles and tools (e.g., Terraform).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic approach to reliable software.
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing priorities with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Backend development: design, build, and maintain high-throughput, low-latency services using Go for RTB scale.
• AI & ML integration: turn data science experiments and AI ideas into production systems.
• Scalable architecture: develop APIs, services, and data pipelines for large contextual data.
• Innovation & experimentation: prototype and iterate on new contextual understanding approaches.
• Platform evolution: contribute to architecture and improve performance and reliability.
• Cross-functional collaboration: partner with data scientists, AI teams, and product managers.
