The role focuses on developing production-grade AI agent workflows, scalable backend services, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate enterprise and consumer-facing features. Hybrid office required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language (Python, Go, Java, C++, etc.).
• Experience building scalable online services, including API design, async workflows, and microservice architectures.
• Production-grade engineering with reliability, latency, and scalability focus.
• Strong interest in LLM applications, AI agents, or workflow automation and productionization.
• Ownership and collaboration with cross-functional teams toward business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Vertical Agent Core Development & Delivery: build vertical Agent workflows and modules for Sales/Health use cases.
• Production-Grade System Engineering: design scalable, high-availability service architecture with monitoring and alerts.
• Evaluation and Data Feedback Loop Enablement: contribute to testing and benchmarking, use real-world data for iterations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration & Rapid Iteration: partner with Product, Applied AI, and GTM teams for milestones.
• Leveraging AI Tools to Improve Engineering Efficiency: adopt AI coding assistants and automated testing to speed delivery.
