Job summary

Plaud is building the real-world AI interface for professionals to amplify intelligence and productivity. As Head of IT, you will own the central IT function across San Francisco and Asia, leading a distributed team and shaping our security-first technology stack.

You will manage identity/SSO, MDM/endpoint, and the SaaS suite (Slack, Notion, Google Workspace) while guiding migrations with zero downtime. Join a fast-growing, privacy-conscious company expanding globally.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT with 4+ years leading teams.
• Hands-on in identity & access management (SSO/IAM) and MDM/endpoint.
• Experience with enterprise tool rollouts or migrations (Slack, Notion, Okta, Rippling).

Responsibilities

• Build and lead central IT function across SF and Asia.
• Own core tools end-to-end: identity/SSO, MDM/endpoint, and SaaS stack.
• Lead migrations with minimal downtime and secure provisioning.
• Run IT service desk with SLAs and asset lifecycle management.
