You will design and implement end-to-end features, collaborate with product and business teams, and ensure high performance, reliability, and maintainability in production environments. Embrace ownership in a Hybrid work model with generous equity and benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (React).
• Backend experience (Go/Java or similar) with RESTful APIs.
• Experience building scalable, modular web applications in production.
• Understanding of performance optimization, reliability, and maintainable code practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Self-starter with high ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end features across frontend and backend to support Teams, B2B, and D2C initiatives.
• Develop scalable, modular web applications and integrate with business-facing service APIs.
• Collaborate with Product and Business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability of web applications in production.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and cross-team coordination to maintain engineering standards.
