Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end ownership of critical systems/components.
• Solid CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, system design.
• Experience building scalable online services: API design, async workflows, microservices.
• Proficiency in backend languages (Python, Go, Java, C++, etc.).
• Familiarity with distributed systems: databases, caching, messaging, performance optimization.
• Production systems delivery with emphasis on reliability, latency, and scalability.
• Observability practices: logging, monitoring, alerting, tracing.
• Automated testing, CI/CD, and disciplined code review.

Responsibilities

• Engineer realtime voice AI services and Agent workflows; build key modules like memory, tool orchestration, and reasoning.
• Design highly available, low-latency architectures; establish monitoring, logging, and tracing foundations for both consumer and enterprise use.
• Integrate LLM/ASR/TTS into product pipelines; drive data-driven closed-loop improvements in production.
• Collaborate with Product, Applied AI, and mobile teams to ship end-to-end features across PoCs and consumer apps.
• Adopt AI coding assistants and automated tooling to accelerate iteration while preserving quality.
