The role requires deep expertise in ETL verification, big-data technologies, and data quality analysis within a CMS high-priority application.

You will collaborate with Data Coaches, Analysts, DBAs, and Agile teams to align with program standards, backend-frontend requirements, and delivery expectations,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of Backend/Data testing experience.
• Strong expertise in backend database testing using PostgreSQL, Snowflake, and SQL.
• Experience validating data in big-data environments (Databricks, Snowflake).
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Slack for collaboration.
• Experience in Agile or SAFe methodologies and writing clear acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Validate ETL and backend data across Databricks, Snowflake, PostgreSQL.
• Analyze CMS datasets including provider and beneficiary data.
• Validate data from CMS Integrated Data Repository and reconcile backend/frontend outputs.
• Develop and execute backend test plans and API test scenarios.
• Collaborate with analysts, DBAs, developers, and Scrum teams to ensure data integrity.
