Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing and building scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Java, Node.js, and Python.
• Experience with cloud-native solutions on AWS and secure coding practices.
• Strong expertise in PostgreSQL, SQL performance tuning, and complex queries.
• Hands-on leadership with mentoring and code reviews to drive engineering excellence.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing across the SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable, high-performance software applications.
• Develop and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Java, Node.js, and Python.
• Design and implement cloud-native solutions using AWS services.
• Ensure API security through authentication, authorization, encryption, and secure coding practices.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate builds, testing, and deployments.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with architects and product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance for reliability.
