You’ll collaborate remotely with a fast-paced team, apply analytical thinking to complex problems, and contribute to a portfolio of AI-assisted development tools while upholding best practices and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of OOP in an enterprise environment with backend focus
• Experience building host-managed SMR support for storage systems
• Experience benchmarking IO performance and resolving bottlenecks
• Experience building large-scale software systems running on thousands of servers
• Professional experience with AI-assisted development tools
• Comfortable with all aspects of the software development lifecycle
• Curiosity and proactive communication in a remote team
• Analytical thinking for ambiguous problems
