Backblaze is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead our B2 cloud storage product strategy and roadmap. You will partner with Design, Engineering, GTM, and customers to translate problems into scalable features and a winning product vision.

You’ll own discovery to delivery, influence cross-functional teams, and use metrics to drive growth in a fast-paced cloud infrastructure business. The role offers strong equity and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in tech, ideally IaaS/SaaS.
• Proven track record launching and scaling technical products in high-growth settings.
• Strong grasp of cloud architecture, APIs, security, and compliance.
• Experience owning product roadmaps and MVPs through full lifecycle.
• Strategic thinker translating market trends into a clear roadmap.
• Excellent communication and leadership with cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven mindset for metrics and growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2 product strategy and roadmap through delivery execution.
• Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
• Synthesize inputs from internal teams, customers, and partners across R&D.
• Translate complex customer challenges into actionable requirements with Design, Engineering, and GTM.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to launch and drive adoption.
• Act as subject matter expert and evangelist for Backblaze solutions.
• Establish and track KPIs to guide iteration and growth.
• Stay ahead of market trends to maintain leadership.
