We value cross-team collaboration, clear communication, and mentorship as we scale our platform for enterprise use. This role requires onsite presence five days a week in the United States.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of backend development experience at scale.
• Proficient in Python or Go; Node.js experience is a plus.
• Strong in system design and reliability practices.

Responsibilities

• Architect, ship, and mentor on backend platform features.
• Lead platform components across provisioning, OTA, and licensing.
• Improve operational robustness and reduce pager noise.
• Collaborate with other teams to align technical direction and roadmaps.
• Provide clear design and code reviews and mentorship.
