Molecular Surroundings is seeking a mid- to senior-level Software Engineer to architect, design, and build backend systems for large-scale live event-ticketing, dynamic pricing, and marketplace integrations.

This is a high-impact role ideal for an experienced engineer who thrives on solving complex infrastructure challenges from the ground up, developing proprietary tools and intelligent automation frameworks that redefine efficiency across live-event commerce.

Formación

• 6+ years of professional software engineering with scalable, high-performance applications.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE or related; master's preferred.
• Strong backend skills in Node.js/TypeScript/Python and API design.
• Experience with third-party integrations in production (marketplaces, payments, e-commerce).
• Deep AWS experience in production with IaC (CloudFormation, Pulumi, Terraform).
• Hands-on production experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Responsabilidades

• Architect APIs and backend platforms for real-time marketplace operations.
• Lead design reviews and mentor engineers in scalable code patterns.
• Collaborate across product, BI, and infra teams to drive automation and data-driven improvements.
• Ensure security, reliability, and multi-tenant data handling across distributed services.
• Continuously improve CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks.
