Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS or related field.
• 6+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of distributed systems and cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and modern data stores.

Responsibilities

• Design and build large-scale distributed backend systems.
• Lead architecture reviews and trade-off analyses.
• Develop resilient APIs with observability and fault tolerance.
• Optimize latency, throughput, and cost with profiling and load testing.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with SRE and platform teams.
