Job summary

HomeServe USA in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Senior Back Office Analyst to support daily operational processes, oversee enrollment-related activities, and serve as a subject-matter expert for back office workflows.

You will mentor and guide Back Office Analysts, identify automation opportunities to reduce manual touchpoints, and lead initiatives that improve efficiency and service levels across Billing, Fulfillment, and Call Center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, enrollment, back-office processing, or related function.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support processing of physical mail and enrollment files.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual touchpoints.
• Mentor Back Office Analysts and support the Back Office Manager.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
