Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B content writing, ideally for enterprise software, SaaS or another technical category.
• Strong editing instincts and ability to tighten vague or generic copy.
• Experience writing with AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT as part of production.
• Working knowledge of SEO and AEO: keyword targeting and structuring content for humans and AI search.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit high volumes of website content across reusable page templates in sprints.
• Use Claude and established workflows to produce first drafts and edit them into publishable copy.
• Turn technical products into plain language without losing accuracy.
• Tailor messaging by audience and buyer role; check claims against sources and experts.
