Job summary

Big Human, a NYC-based digital product agency operating remotely with East Coast hours, seeks a senior writer to craft website and marketing content for enterprise technology clients. You’ll create product pages, solution pages, industry pages, and educational content, using Claude for rapid drafts and rigorous editing to ensure accuracy and ranking potential.

You’ll work part-time (10-20 hours/week) with ideal hours 10 am–6 pm EST, Monday–Friday, collaborating with client SMEs and product

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B content writing for enterprise software/SaaS
• Strong editing instincts for precise, non-generic copy
• Experience writing with AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT
• Working knowledge of SEO and AEO: keywords and content structuring for people and AI
• Ability to quickly learn a complex product via docs and demos
• Ability to push back on client rewrites with good judgment
• Plain, direct writing with no filler or jargon
• Experience managing multiple projects and meeting sprint deadlines

Responsibilities

• Write and edit high volumes of website content across reusable templates in sprints with weekly deliverables
• Use Claude and established workflows to produce drafts, then edit into publishable copy
• Turn technical products into plain language without losing accuracy
• Tailor messaging by audience size and buyer role
• Fact-check product claims against sources and experts
• Optimize content for search and AI engines using targets and structure
• Collaborate with client product marketers and SMEs, merging feedback
• Present editorial decisions and explain rationale
• Partner with designers by delivering headlines and structure early
